Manjushree Finance Dividend Announcement

Manjushree Finance Limited (MFIL) has declared a 15% cash dividend (including tax) for its shareholders from the last fiscal year. The decision was made during the company’s Board of Directors meeting held on September 23, 2025. The proposed dividend distribution is subject to approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
