Lalitpur – Central Finance Limited, a well-established national-level Class “C” finance company licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), has announced a vacancy for the position of Head of Human Resource Department (Officer to Manager Level) at its Head Office in Kupondole, Lalitpur.
The company, which has been operating for over 28 years, is seeking highly motivated and result-oriented Nepalese citizens to join its team.
According to the vacancy notice, applicants must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject, with preference given to those holding a Master’s degree. Candidates should have a minimum of seven years of work experience in BFIs or the corporate sector in a relevant field.
Additional requirements include:
Knowledge of the PUMORI system (preferable),
Familiarity with Nimble HRMS software,
Strong understanding of NRB guidelines and compliance requirements,
Knowledge of HR policies and their implementation,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The age limit for applicants is set at 45 years. Candidates are also expected to be proficient in both English and Nepali, with strong marketing, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as computer literacy with working knowledge of office applications.
