- Branch In-Charge (Up to Officer Level) : Kathmandu & Outside Valley
- IT Department (Assistant Level) : Head Office
- Admin Department (Assistant Level) : Head Office
- Operations Department (Assistant Level) : Kathmandu & Outside Valley
- Credit Department (Assistant Level) : Kathmandu & Outside Valley
According to the company, candidates are expected to hold relevant academic qualifications, possess professional experience in banking and financial institutions (BFIs), and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and computer literacy skills. Age limits vary depending on the role, ranging from 30 to 35 years.
