Kathmandu, June 29, 2025 — Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited (LS Capital), a wholly owned subsidiary of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited, has announced vacancies for several officer and assistant-level positions as part of its continued expansion in Nepal’s growing capital market sector.
LS Capital is inviting applications from dynamic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate Nepali citizens who are looking to build a career in investment and financial services. The positions are available across key departments including Research, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Mutual Fund, Strategic Investment Fund (SIF), Business Development, Finance, and Accounts.
1. Research/PMS/Mutual Fund/SIF – Officer Level [4 Positions]
Applicants must hold an MBA or a Master’s Degree in Management, Economics, or Finance, or possess CA/ACCA/CFA qualifications, with at least three years of experience in a related field. Candidates are expected to have knowledge of Nepalese capital markets, financial analysis, and investment banking, along with experience in financial modeling, equity research, and due diligence.
2. Business Development / Finance and Accounts – Officer Level [2 Positions]
Eligible candidates should have a Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or Marketing with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Applicants with CA/ACCA/CFA credentials or semi-qualified CA are preferred for Finance and Accounts roles, while those specializing in marketing will be prioritized for Business Development positions.
3. PMS/Mutual Fund – Assistant Level [2 Positions]
This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field and at least two years of relevant work experience. Applicants must have strong understanding of PMS structures and mutual fund regulations, as well as excellent communication and relationship management skills in both English and Nepali.
