Educational Qualification:
Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree. A Master’s degree is preferred for Officer-level positions.
Experience:
For the Branch Manager position: At least 5 years of banking experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Branch Management within a development or commercial bank.
For the Relationship Officer/Manager: At least 3 years of relevant banking experience in a development or commercial bank.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the respective locality and relevant roles.
Age Limit:
Below 40 years for Officer-level applicants
Below 35 years for Assistant-level applicants
