General Requirements:

• Education: Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with a Master’s Degree preferred for Officer-level applicants.

• Experience:

  • For Branch Manager: At least 5 years of banking experience, with a minimum of 3 years in branch management within development or commercial banks.

  • For Relationship Officer/Manager: At least 3 years of relevant banking experience.

  • Preference will be given to those with experience in the same role and locality.

• Age Limit: Below 40 years for Officer level and below 35 years for Assistant level as of the application deadline.
