Kathmandu, December 2024: Central Finance Limited, a well-established national-level finance company licensed by the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB), has invited applications from qualified and motivated Nepali citizens for various positions. Available Positions:

1. Branch In-charge (Up to Officer Level)

   • Locations: Kathmandu and Outside the Valley
   • Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a relevant subject.
   • Experience: Mandatory experience in Banking and Financial Institutions (BFIs).
   • Key Skills:
     • Credit appraisal, risk assessment, and decision-making on lending.
     • Strong business judgment and target achievement abilities.
     • Leadership and motivational skills.
   • Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years.

2. Credit Department (Assistant to Officer Level)

   • Locations: Kathmandu and Outside the Valley
   • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
   • Experience: Experience in BFIs preferred.
   • Key Skills:
     • Credit analysis and lending decision-making.
     • Ability to achieve targets and learn credit processes.
   • Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years.

3. Operations Department (Assistant Level)

   • Locations: Kathmandu and Outside the Valley
   • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
   • Experience: Proficiency in computer operations required; experience in BFIs preferred.
   • Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years.

General Requirements:

• Candidates must be proficient in English and Nepali with strong marketing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and knowledge of office applications are mandatory.
