Job Openings for Relationship Managers and Trainee Assistants

Excel Development Bank Ltd., the largest province-level development bank in Koshi Province, is inviting applications from dedicated and goal-oriented Nepali citizens for several key positions at its existing and upcoming branches. The bank, headquartered in Birtamode, Jhapa, is looking for Relationship Managers (Assistant) and Trainee Assistants.

Available Positions:

1. Relationship Manager (Assistant): Few positions available
2. Trainee Assistant: Few positions available

Key Criteria:

• For Trainee Assistants: Candidates must be under 28 years old.
• Qualification and Experience:
  • Relationship Managers: Bachelor's degree in management, with at least two years of banking or financial institution experience, including one year in the Credit Department.
  • Trainee Assistants: Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in management and a minimum 50% marks or CGPA 2.50.

Additional Information:

• Relationship Managers should have experience in Corporate, SME, and Retail Lending with a proactive attitude and strong sales skills.
• Preference for Trainee Assistants will be given to local candidates from the vicinity of the branches.
