1. Head - Finance and Treasury Department: Deputy Manager / Senior Officer
- Location: Head Office
- Key Responsibilities: Manage the Finance Department, ensure compliance with financial policies, supervise financial reporting (including NRB reporting, budgets, and statutory financial statements), and present reports to the Board, shareholders, and government authorities.
- Qualifications: CA/ACCA or a Master's Degree with a minimum of 2nd division or CGPA 2.5.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the audit or banking sector (Commercial or National Level Development Bank).
2. Central Credit Department: Deputy Manager / Senior Officer
- Location: Head Office
- Key Responsibilities: Handle credit and marketing, credit appraisal, and compliance with NRB Directives.
- Qualifications: CA or a Master’s degree in Management with a minimum of 2nd division or CGPA 2.5.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the banking sector, with 3 years in relevant job functions for Deputy Manager or 4 years for Senior Officer.
3. Chartered Accountant: Officer / Junior Officer
- Location: Head Office
- Key Responsibilities: Thorough knowledge of NRB Directives, BAFIA, NFRS, IFRS, GAAP, Auditing Standards, and other relevant banking regulations.
- Qualifications: Chartered Accountancy from ICAN or another recognized body.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking or audit for Officer, freshers can apply for Junior Officer.
4. MIS Officer: Junior Officer
- Location: Head Office, Finance Department
- Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain organizational databases, prepare MIS data, and ensure data accuracy and validation.
- Qualifications: ACCA, Bachelor’s Degree in Management or IT with a minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in the banking sector in a related job function, currently working as a Senior Assistant.
5. Central Credit Officer: Junior Officer / Supervisor
- Location: Head Office
- Key Responsibilities: Credit and marketing, credit appraisal, proposal preparation, and NRB compliance.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Management with a minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking for Supervisor or 3 years for Junior Officer.
6. CEO’s Office: Officer / Junior Officer
- Location: Head Office
- Key Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s schedule, support with data-driven insights, prepare analytical reports, and develop strategic business recommendations.
- Qualifications: ACCA, Bachelor’s Degree in Management, or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking.
7. Branch Manager: Durbarmarg Branch
- Location: Main Branch
- Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily branch operations, product sales, customer service, lending, compliance, and security.
- Qualifications: CA or Master’s Degree in Management with a minimum of 2nd division or CGPA 2.5.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in banking, with 5 years as Branch Manager or Assistant Manager.
8. Branch Managers (Inside / Outside Valley)
- Location: All Provinces
- Key Responsibilities: Oversee branch operations, including customer service, lending, and compliance.
- Qualifications: CA or Bachelor’s Degree in Management with a minimum of 2nd division or CGPA 2.5.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in banking.
9. Relationship Managers / Officers: Junior Officer / Supervisor
- Location: All Provinces
- Key Responsibilities: Credit appraisal, marketing, and compliance with NRB Directives.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Management with a minimum of 2nd division or CGPA 2.5.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in banking for Supervisor or 3 years for Junior Officer.
