• Carry out data entry and oversee the underwriting process during customer onboarding.
• Provide prompt service to agents and policyholders.
• Coordinate with various departments at Head Office for smooth branch operations.
• Provide support with various agent-related activities.
• Display the highest standard of professionalism and maintain company standards with a positive attitude.
