Kathmandu, Nepal - Sindhu Bikash Bank is seeking qualified and competent candidates to join its Corporate Office team. This recruitment drive aims to attract individuals ready to face challenges and excel in the banking and financial sector. The bank invites applications for the following positions:

1. Semi Qualified CA (Few Positions)

Qualifications:

• Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management from a recognized university.
• At least 24 division or 2.50 CGPA.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in Accounts, Internal Audit, Credit, or Risk departments of any Banks/Financial Institutions (FIs).
• Age limit: Not exceeding 40 years.

2. Branch Manager (Junior Officer and Above) (Few Positions)

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Management from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Credit and Operation functions in Banks/FIs.
• Proficiency in Sales and Marketing skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Age limit: Not exceeding 40 years.

Other Required Skills:

• Nepali citizenship.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and various financial models.
• Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizing and documentation skills.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
