Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year's experience in Marketing/Business Development or client relationship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Merchant Banking or a similar field.

Brief Job Description

• Product and Market Analysis: Strong understanding of company products, services, business position, and competition to maintain competitiveness.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients.
• Marketing Strategy Development: Identify, develop, and plan marketing strategies for the organization’s products and services at the branch level.
• New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities, contact potential clients to establish business relationships, and arrange meetings.
• Sales and Marketing Materials: Prepare sales and marketing materials, including writing proposals and creating marketing and promotional materials.
• Service Promotion: Promote SIP and portfolio management services.
• Business Research: Conduct research on new business opportunities for the organization.

Selected branch-level staff will undergo about a month of training at Siddhartha Capital Limited in Naxal, Kathmandu, before being placed at the Pokhara branch. Preference will be given to candidates from the Pokhara valley.
