1. Province Head - Kathmandu Valley, Lumbini & Karnali

The Province Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall functions within their respective province or region. Key responsibilities include formulating, guiding, and supervising business strategies and activities. The Province Head will report directly to management on business plans and progress.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred)
• At least 10 years of marketing experience with 5 years in the insurance industry
• Proven track record in a similar position
• Familiarity with statutory directives and life insurance products
• Experience in training and corporate culture
• Strong leadership and business acumen
• Valid driving license
• Age not exceeding 50 years

2. Area Branch Managers / Branch Managers / Sales Executives

Madhesh Province: Lahan, Mirchaiya, Birgunj, Kalaiya, Lalbandi, Chapur, Mahendranagar (Dhanusha), Nijgadh, Jaleshwor
Bagmati Province: Kathmandu Valley, Panchkhal, Banepa, Sindhuli, Manthali, Chautara, Hetauda
Gandaki Province: Kawasoti, Anbu Khaireni, Dulegaunda, Gorkha, Sundarbazar, Besisahar, Pokhara, Syangja, Baglung, Beni, Burtibang
Lumbini Province: Tulshipur, Ghorahi, Bhurigaon, Bhumahi, Devdaha, Chandrauta, Jeetpur (Kapilvastu), Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj, Kohalpur, Rampur (Palpa), Arghakhanchi, Pyuthan

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of marketing and sales experience (insurance sector experience preferred)

3. Compliance Officer - Kathmandu

Key Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Insurance, Management, Economics, or Law from a recognized university
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Comprehensive knowledge of legal regulations and industry-specific guidelines

4. Finance Department - Kathmandu

Key Requirements:

• CAP II (3 years of articleship), Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in MS Office and software applications

5. Accounts Department - Kathmandu

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management
• Knowledge in recording financial transactions, bank reconciliation, tax, and VAT
• Proficiency in MS Office and software applications
