Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited (CLICL), one of the aspiring life insurance companies in Nepal, is expanding rapidly across the country. In line with our growth and to ensure the replacement of key roles, we are seeking qualified candidates for various positions, including the following:
IT Officer
Major Roles and Responsibilities:
- - Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware devices.
- - Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize IT operations.
- - Ensure data security and integrity by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures.
- - Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including resolving hardware and software issues.
- - Evaluate and recommend IT products and services to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- - Plan and implement IT projects, including system upgrades, automation, migrations, and deployments.
Essential Qualification & Skills:
- - At least a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in software development.
- - Knowledge of .NET web-based applications development including APIs, and proficiency in HTML5 and CSS.
- - Proficiency in SQL Queries and the ability to write optimized queries and stored procedures.
- - Knowledge of Database Administration, including installation, configuration, testing, maintenance, backup, and recovery.
- - Ability to perform requirement analysis and coordinate with third-party vendors as needed.
- - Knowledge of PHP, jQuery, and JavaScript will be an added advantage.
