1. Branch Manager

Vacant Branches: Baglung, Chitwan-Parsa, Damak, Jomsom, Lekhnath, Manahari

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance, banking, or finance sector.

Age: 21-40 Years

Required Skills:

  • Sales and marketing prowess
  • Effective communication abilities
  • Strong leadership acumen
  • Proficiency in Life Insurance Products

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment, training, and mobilization of insurance agents to achieve business targets
  • Ensuring exceptional service delivery to agents and policyholders
  • Cultivating and managing a high-performing team of insurance agents
  • Overseeing all branch operations for seamless functionality
  • Contributing to the overall success and brand reputation of the branch
  • Upholding the highest standards of professionalism with a positive attitude

2. Trainee Assistant

Vacant Branches: Bhojpur, Bhorletar, Botechaur, Bhotewodar, Chanauli, Chhinchu, Diktel, Dumre, Jomsom, Kalikot, Manahari, Rasuwa

Education Qualification: Minimum Intermediate or 10+2 passed, with preference given to Bachelor's degree holders in Management/Business Studies from recognized universities.

Age Limit: 18-35 Years

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email communications.
  • Fluent typing skills in Nepali and English
  • Basic understanding of general accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Life Insurance Products

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and oversight of underwriting processes during customer onboarding
  • Providing prompt service to agents and policyholders
  • Coordinating with various departments at Head Office to ensure smooth branch operations
  • Assisting with various agent-related activities
  • Maintaining company standards with a positive attitude
