VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT: Saptakoshi Development Bank Ltd.

Saptakoshi Development Bank Ltd., a leading "B" Class financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, operating with a network of 35 branches in Province 1 and its Corporate Office situated in Biratnagar, Morang, is inviting applications from self-motivated, qualified, and result-oriented Nepali candidates for various positions.

1. Position: Head-Recovery Department - 1

• At least 6 years of work experience in banking or financial institutions with exposure in Credit, especially in Recovery/NPA Management.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Capable of handling challenges based on budgets and leading a team.

2. Position: Branch Managers (BMs) - Few

• Minimum 4 years of work experience in banking or financial institutions with exposure in Operations, Credit, and Marketing. Preference given to those with experience as Branch Managers in any BFls.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Ability to tackle challenges based on budgets and lead a team.

3. Position: Operation In-charge-Corporate Branch (Biratnagar) - 1

• At least 3 years of work experience in banking or financial institutions with exposure in Operations and Business Marketing. Preference given to those who have served as OI in BFls.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized university.

4. Position: Risk/Relationship Officers (ROs/RMs) - Credit - Few

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in banking or financial institutions with exposure in Credit and Marketing. Preference given to those who have served as RM-Credit/Risk Officers-Credit in BFls. CA Final attended candidates with banking audit exposure may also apply.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized university.

5. Position: Tr. Assistant (TA) (for Ilam, Hile, 6 No. Budhabare of Dhankuta, Tharpu of Panchthar, Jirikhimti of Terhathum) - Few

• Minimum Plus 2/Proficiency Certificate Level from a recognized university with an aggregate of 50% marks. Candidates with a graduation degree in management and an aggregate of 50% marks will be given priority. Prior banking experience with a two-wheeler driving license is an added advantage.

Age Bar:

• For S. Nos. 1 to 4: 21 to 35 years
• For S. No. 5: 18 to 28 years
• Additional 5 years in respective categories for female candidates.
