Best Finance Company Ltd., a distinguished "C" class National Level Financial Institution, is seeking self-motivated, skilled, dynamic, and results-oriented Nepalese individuals eager to excel in the banking sector. We invite applications for the following positions:

1. Branch Manager: 1 Location: Narayangadh, Chitwan

• Position: Negotiable (Based on Competency & Experience)
• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics or Equivalent from a recognized University.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the banking sector. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in Credit, Business Development, and Branch Management.

2. Assistant Level Staff: Few Locations: Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Narayangadh, Butwal Region

• Qualification: Should hold an Intermediate degree in Management or Equivalent from a recognized University. Preference will be given for Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in the banking sector. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Co-operatives/Finance Companies.

The ideal applicant should possess excellent communication skills, a smart personality, a pleasant and cheerful nature, along with outstanding interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and a positive attitude.
