Global IME Capital Limited, a distinguished subsidiary of Global IME Bank Ltd., is actively searching for a highly motivated and dynamic Nepali citizen to assume the pivotal role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in capital markets and investment banking, demonstrating the capability to lead and drive the organization towards becoming a top-tier investment banking institution.

Qualification and Experience:

• Master's Degree in Economics/Commerce/Finance/Accounting/Commercial Law, with a minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in areas such as Accountancy, Finance, Commercial Law, and Management within the domains of Industry, Commerce, Capital Markets, Banking, and Financial Institutions.

• Candidates with professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA will be given preference.

• Profound expertise in Nepalese Capital Markets, Banking Procedures, Financial Analysis, Research, Portfolio Management, Mutual Fund Management, Treasury Management, Securities Trading Processes, Corporate Advisory, and other Investment Banking Procedures.

• Preference will be extended to applicants with demonstrated expertise in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and Venture Capital.

• Possesses strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, complemented by a strategic thinking aptitude.

• Demonstrates proactive leadership skills, excellent interpersonal capabilities, and the ability to foster successful, long-term business growth. Furthermore, the candidate should exhibit the ability to anticipate trends and seize emerging opportunities.

• Candidates must be below 55 years of age as of the application deadline.
