Samriddhi Finance, a national-level finance company based in Hetauda, is looking to fill several positions with young, dynamic, and result-oriented Nepalese citizens. The company is hiring for the position of Chief Credit Officer and Chief Compliance and Risk Officer in their Putalisadak, Kathmandu branch. Candidates for these positions must have a minimum bachelor's degree in management or economics from a recognized university and at least three years of experience in a similar post at a credit department. The age limit for these positions is 21 to 40 years for the Chief Credit Officer and 21 to 45 years for the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.

Samriddhi Finance is also looking to expand its business and is opening new branches in Aurahi, Gair, Kasaha, Madhuwan, and Kharendrapur. The company is hiring five Branch Managers and ten Assistant/Junior Assistants for these new branches. Candidates for these positions must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in management or economics or 10+2 in management/economics from a recognized college/university. They must also have at least one or two years of experience in banking, sound knowledge of credit, and excellent communication skills in Nepali and English. The age limit for Branch Managers is 21 to 40 years, and for Assistant/Junior Assistants, it is 18 to 35 years.
