Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has announced multiple job vacancies for various positions in different departments. The bank is seeking experienced candidates to fill managerial, officer, and junior officer positions in departments such as Branch Management, Transaction Banking, Central Operation, Integrated Risk, Compliance, and Credit Relationship.
For the Branch Management department, the bank is looking for a Manager, Deputy Manager, or Assistant Manager for its main branch at Durbarmarg (1). Candidates must have at least 6 years of working experience at a bank with exposure in areas of operation, credit, and marketing, and must be working as a Branch Manager. For the Transaction Banking department, the bank is seeking an Officer, Junior Officer, or Supervisor for its Credit Card Operation at the Head Office. Candidates must have at least 2 years of working experience in the field of credit card management.
The Central Operation department is seeking an Assistant Manager, Officer, or Junior Officer with good knowledge of NRB directives, ECC, connect IPS, Reconciliation, CASBA, DEMAT, RTGS, and other operation-related functions of the bank. Candidates must have at least 5 years of working experience in the operation department for Managerial level and at least 3 years for Officer level.
For the Integrated Risk department, the bank is seeking an Assistant Manager, Officer, or Junior Officer to ensure that the bank is in full compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, internal policies, procedures, and processes. Candidates must have at least 5 years of working experience in the risk department for Managerial level and at least 3 years for Officer level.
The Compliance department is looking for an Assistant Manager, Officer, or Junior Officer to ensure proper implementation of established compliance policies, review internal bank policies to ensure they align with external banking regulations, and conduct research to identify new regulations passed by state or federal governing bodies. Candidates must have at least 5 years of working experience in the field of compliance, AML, and CFT for Managerial Level and at least 3 years of working experience for Officer level.
The bank is also seeking Credit Relationship Officers and Managers for all province branches. Candidates must have knowledge of credit and marketing, credit appraisal/procedures, and compliance with the NRB Directives. Candidates must have at least 3 years of working experience at branch credit for officer level and at least 2 years for Assistant level.
