दोल्ती पावर कम्पनीको आइपीओ (IPO) मा आजबाट आवेदन खुला सम्बन्धी सूचना

Dolti Power Company has opened an IPO sale for the general public from Tuesday, Chaitra 28th. The company has issued an IPO worth NPR 17,290,972. Based on this, it has released 1,07,29,800 ordinary shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share, with an indicative price of 100.72 per share. Out of the total shares issued, 5% or 68,017 shares have been reserved for collective investment funds, while 1,07,298 ordinary shares have been made available for Nepali individuals working abroad.

The general public can apply for the remaining 1,271,861 shares until Baisakh 3rd, and the deadline for the applicants who have applied in the first phase is until Baisakh 12th if all shares are not sold by then. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 10,000 shares.
