Green Development Bank Announces Dividend Distribution for Fiscal Year 2078/79

In a recent meeting of the Board of Directors, Green Development Bank has announced the distribution of dividends from the profits of the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting, held on 26th of Chaitra, proposed a total distribution of 4% in dividends, including a 3.80% bonus and 0.20% cash for tax purposes.

The proposal was approved by the Nepal Rastra Bank and is set to be implemented pending approval by the bank's upcoming annual general meeting. The current reserve fund for Green Development Bank stands at NPR 51.9 million.
