Siddhartha Bank is selling shares owned by its founders. The bank has started selling a total of 114,813 founder shares registered in the names of Vinod Kumar Khetan and Sudha Agrawal, the shareholders of the bank. Interested investors are requested to submit their bids for the number of shares they want to purchase and at what rate within 35 days of the publication of this information. The bank has requested interested investors to submit their bids at its central office in Hattisar, Kathmandu. In addition, the bank has also informed that if the founder shares are not applied for by the deadline, the bank may sell them to other individuals and institutions.
