City Hotel Limited is issuing an IPO of 1,674,000 shares worth NPR 167,400,000 at a par value of NPR 100 per share. Nepali citizens working abroad with labor approval can apply for 83,700 shares, while 830,000 shares are for collective investment funds and 669,600 shares for employees. The public can apply for the remaining shares. The IPO application period is from Chaitra 21 to Baisakh 5 for Nepali citizens abroad and from Baisakh 25 to 28 for the general public. The company has a double B+ issuer rating from Nepal. Investors can apply through their demat account and approved financial institutions.
