एनएमबी बैंकको संस्थापक समुहको शेयर बिक्री सम्बन्धी सूचना

NMB Bank Limited has decided to sell 67,607 shares belonging to the company's founders to the general public. The bank will be selling the said shares, which have been held in the names of individual founders from Chaitra 16 to 23. The price of each share is set at NPR 180. Interested existing shareholders as well as individuals and institutions can apply for shares in multiples of 5,000 or more within the designated timeframe. Applications should be submitted through sealed bids to the Sales Manager of NMB Capital Limited's office located in Nagpokhari, Kathmandu. The bank has announced that the sealed bids will be opened at 10:00 am on Chaitra 24 at the office of NMB Capital Limited.
