Kumari Capital has launched the Kumari Sunaulo Lagani Yojana for investment and sale today, with plans to issue 10 crore units at a par value of Rs. 10 per unit. Of the total 50 crore rupees, 5 crore units will be sold through public issue, while the remaining 5 crore units will be managed under collective investment scheme regulations. Kumari Capital has allocated 1 crore 50 lakh units of the fund to Kumari Bank Limited as a promoter share, and the general public can apply for the remaining 3 crore 50 lakh units. The release period will be extended until Chait 23 if the complete application is not submitted by Chait 13.

This is an open-ended scheme, and within three months of the initial release, it will be open for continuous issuance and sale of units. Icra Nepal has given an ICRA-AAMC Quality 3 (AAMC-3) rating to the mutual fund issuance, indicating that Capital's management quality is only adequate, and a triple B rating to the issuer, indicating a medium credit risk and sufficient financial responsibility.
