Excel Development Bank Ltd. has announced vacancies for various positions in its Central Office and different Branches. The bank is looking for highly motivated, skilled, dynamic, and result-oriented qualified Nepalese citizens who have a passion to excel in the banking sector.
The positions available are Head Recovery Department (Senior Manager) and Branch Manager (Junior Officer to Senior Officer). The bank requires candidates to be at least 28 years old as of the last date to apply for this vacancy.
Candidates applying for the Head Recovery Department position should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial banks, with preference given to those with significant experience in the Recovery Department. They should also have a minimum Master's Degree in Management from a recognized university. For the Branch Manager position, candidates should have at least 4 to 5 years of work experience in commercial banks and possess excellent marketing and product intelligence capabilities. They should also have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks or CGPA 2.50.
The position of Head Recovery Department is a contractual employee for one year with a target-based handsome remuneration, and renewal of the contract is subject to satisfactory performance and future requirements of the Bank.
