Nepal SBI Bank Ltd Invites Applications for Managerial Positions in High-Value Branches and Offices
Nepal SBI Bank Ltd, one of the leading commercial banks in Nepal, is inviting applications for various managerial positions in its high-value branches and offices. The bank is seeking dynamic, competent, and enthusiastic Nepali citizens interested in pursuing a career path with the bank.
The available positions include higher-level managerial positions and middle-level managerial positions. To be eligible for the higher-level managerial position, candidates must have a Master's degree with at least 50% marks or 3 CGPA or equivalent from universities recognized by the Government of Nepal, a minimum of 10 years of experience in banking, and at least 3 years of experience in managerial level in areas such as Merchant Banking, Credit, Marketing, Business Development, Risk Management, Overall Branch Management, Overall Province Office Management, among others.
For the middle-level managerial positions, candidates must have a Master's degree with at least 50% marks or 3 CGPA or equivalent from universities recognized by the Government of Nepal, a minimum of 7 years of experience in banking, and at least 3 years of experience at the officer and above the level in areas such as Human Resources Management, Reconciliation, Credit, Marketing, Business Development, Risk Management, Overall Branch Management, among others.
Candidates must be proficient in written/spoken Nepali and English Language, a Nepali citizen, and must submit scan copies of the required documents such as a Cover Letter, Updated Curriculum Vitae, PP Size Photo, Character Certificate, and Transcript/Marksheet (from SLC to Masters), Equivalence Certificate (if applicable), Copy of Citizenship, and Experience Certificate.
The bank is seeking candidates who possess good knowledge of commercial banking, Microsoft Office Applications, and Office 365, good interpersonal, communication, leadership, and marketing skills, along with the ability to maintain effective working relations with people. Candidates must also be team players and able to take initiatives as required.
