How to Use NBBL Smart

After you receive registration information from NBBL Smart, GPRS access code and TxnPin into your Mobile SMS;

1. Install the NBBL Smart Application in your mobile;

1. Download NBBL Smart application from Play Store or App Store
2. Open NBBL Smart Application

1. (Note:  You can install  this application before getting registration message also)

Transacting through GPRS or Internet Connection:

1. Enter your registered mobile number as Username and provided GPRS Access Code as Password.(If you are already registered mobile banking user before NBBL Smart launch, use existing Pin number as Password.)
2. Click on LOGIN, the system instructs to change the password, change accordingly.
3. Login to the Application with new GPRS Password and enjoy the NBBL Smart Banking.
4. Same process change TxnPin and enjoy your transaction and inquiry in NBBL Smart.

Transacting through SMS Application services : (Where No Internet Connectivity);

1. Use Provided Txnpin for transaction.

Note: Mobile Application is mandatory for Fund Transfer Facilities.

Transaction Limit:

To comply with Nepal Rastra Bank latest directives, following limit is assigned to Mobile Banking customers. 

• Per transaction limit: Rs 50,000
• Per Day Transaction Limit: Rs 2,00,000
• Monthly Limit : Rs 10,00,000
• Per Day Transaction Count: 20

Also, NBBL Smart is updated to version 5.5 for both Android and IOS users. Login credentials of previous version will work for NBBL Smart V5.5 also. For those users who have enabled biometric for login & transaction needs to Tap in the NBBL Smart login screen before placing the finger in the finger scanner of the mobile set. This feature of NBBL Smart is updated for security reason in compliance with Google and Apple mobile app security standard.
