NADEP Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. is a national-level microfinance institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) as a Class 'D' Financial Institution. Established as a public limited company on 29 January 2014 under the Companies Act of Nepal and granted its operating license by Nepal Rastra Bank on 20 April 2015, the institution is committed to expanding access to inclusive and sustainable financial services, particularly for underserved and low-income communities across Nepal.
The corporate head office is located in Gajuri Rural Municipality–1, Dhading, from where the institution coordinates its nationwide microfinance operations.

NADEP Laghubitta has built a broad branch network to deliver accessible microfinance services across multiple provinces of Nepal. The institution currently operates 88 branches, serving customers in numerous districts throughout the country.
Its branch network covers districts including:
Eastern Nepal: Jhapa, Morang, Sunsari, Saptari, Siraha, Okhaldhunga, Khotang, and Bhojpur.
Central Nepal: Bara, Parsa, Rautahat, Sarlahi, Mahottari, Dhanusha, Makwanpur, Chitwan, Rasuwa, Dhading, Nuwakot, Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur.
Western Nepal: Kapilvastu, Arghakhanchi, Palpa, Gulmi, Pyuthan, Rupandehi, Nawalparasi, Kaski, Lamjung, Tanahun, Baglung, Parbat, and Myagdi.
Mid-Western Nepal: Salyan, Rukum, Rolpa, Jajarkot, Dang, Banke, and Bardiya.
