B.O.K Capital Market Limited (BOKCML) is a company registered under the Company Act 2063 on 19th Chaitra, 2072 (1st April 2016) and licensed from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) on 19th Mangsir 2073. It is the financial services vertical of Bank of Kathmandu (The Holding Company).

Formerly known as Kathmandu Capital, the company was acquired by Bank of Kathmandu (BOK) on 13th Mangsir, 2074 (29th November 2017) as it’s subsidiary. Bank of Kathmandu (BOK), which holds 66.66% of the company has more than 90 branches around the country and has a paid-up capital of 8 Billion NPR.

The present name B.O.K. Capital Market Limited was formally adopted on 13th Mangsir, 2074 (29th November 2017).

BOKCML has an increasing presence in the capital market via various services as depository Participant, portfolio management services and advisory services.
