NIC ASIA Capital has announced a vacancy for the position of HR Assistant under a contract arrangement.
According to the announcement, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and hiring process, maintaining employee records, and handling HR administrative tasks. The role also includes facilitating employee relations and engagement activities, as well as supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and internal company standards.
Applicants are expected to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management (completed or currently pursuing). The company has also highlighted the importance of strong organizational skills, time management abilities, multitasking capacity, and attention to detail. Candidates should also demonstrate professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
