The bank has informed customers that its E-Commerce Acquiring Service will be temporarily unavailable for approximately two hours starting at 10:00 PM on June 11, 2026, due to scheduled maintenance work on the Getpay system operated by Nepal Clearing House Ltd..
According to the notice, the maintenance is being carried out to ensure the smooth operation and reliability of the service.
The bank has clarified that ATM, POS, E-Commerce Issuer Platform, Mobile Banking, and Internet Banking services will remain fully operational during the maintenance period.
The bank has apologized for any inconvenience caused to its customers and thanked them for their understanding and cooperation.
