1. Branch In charge (Upto Officer Level)

Work Stations: Kathmandu & Outside Valley

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in a relevant subject.
• Mandatory work experience in Banking and Financial Institutions (BFIs).
• Ability to assess credit appraisals, evaluate risks, and make informed lending decisions.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Excellent judgment, business acumen, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Confident and assertive demeanor.
• Age not exceeding 35 years.

2. Head-Credit Risk Department (Officer to Manager Level)

Work Stations: Head Office

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in a relevant subject.
• Mandatory work experience in BFIs.
• Expertise in credit analysis, risk assessment, and lending decision-making.
• In-depth understanding of various business sectors at regional to national levels.
• Ability to achieve set targets and learn credit processes and analysis.
• Age not exceeding 40 years.

3. Credit Department (Assistant to Officer Level)

Work Stations: Kathmandu & Outside Valley

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
• Preferred work experience in BFIs.
• Capability to analyze credit histories, assess risks, and make lending decisions.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve targets.
• Willingness to learn credit processes and analysis.
• Age not exceeding 35 years.

4. Admin & HR Department (Assistant to Officer Level)

Work Stations: Kathmandu Valley

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Computer proficiency is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Age not exceeding 35 years.

5. Operations Department (Assistant Level)

Work Stations: Kathmandu & Outside Valley

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
• Proficiency in computer operations.
• Preferred work experience in BFIs.
• Age not exceeding 30 years.

General Requirements for all Positions:

Candidates should be proficient in both written and spoken English/Nepali, possess excellent marketing, communication, and interpersonal skills, and be computer literate with a working knowledge of office applications.
