Shrijanshil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha(SLBSL) is 'D' class Financial institutions registered on Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) on 2075 BS. SLBSL is registered on Office of the Company Registrar on Kartik 2075 and Got approval Certificate from NRB on Falgun 2075 to carryout Micro-Finance program on National Level. Head office located in Choharwa, Siraha in Province '2' of Nepal. Currently Micro-finance program in four distict Siraha, Udayapur, Sindhuli and Mahottari.
SLBSL Micro-Finance Program is handover from Shrijana Community Development Center (SCDC) . Since 2059 BS SCDC was conducting Micro-Finance Program as Non-Governmental Organization(NGO).
Legal Status
SLBSL is registered on Office of the registrar(Reg. No. 20133/075/076). Similarly, it has been permitted by NRB to conduct
Micro-Finance Program in National Level(Permission No. 91/075/076).
Governance
General Body compose of few general members.Governing Body also known as Board consist of five member elected from general assembly of General Body. Board is responsible for formulating policies and monitoring the implementation of policies through various monitoring methods.
