Kumari Securities Pvt. Ltd. is one of Nepal's oldest and most established stock brokerage companies. The company was established on 22 Jestha 2053 B.S. (4 June 1996 A.D.) and is licensed by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to provide stock brokerage services. It is a founding trading member of the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) and operates as Stock Broker Member Code No. 01. The company is also a Clearing Member of CDS & Clearing Limited (CDSC).
As one of the founding members and shareholders of the Nepal Stock Exchange, Kumari Securities has played an important role in the development of Nepal's capital market since its early years. The company has been actively involved in the securities market from the era of the Open Outcry Trading System, making it one of the pioneers of organized stock brokerage services in Nepal.
Kumari Securities was among the first 25 companies to receive a stock brokerage license in Nepal and was assigned Broker Member Code No. 01, reflecting its long-standing presence and contribution to the country's securities industry.
Headquartered in Kathmandu, with a workstation office in Pokhara, the company provides comprehensive stock brokerage services for securities listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange.
