i want to save txt messages to a pc as my message bank is full?

i have a sony ericsson k608i and my text message bank is full, is dont want to delete my messages. i heard that you can use a sim card reader to save and transfer text messages to a pc, is this true? if so how do you do it

1. I'm not sure about that, but I have a nokia and was supplied with a pc (usb) cable, and nokia software and was able to save my messages that way. It might be easier to search for a cable/ software set, because I don't know where you would get a sim card reader from.
