Is it possible to get a hard drive with windows xp on it to work on a pc with 128MB? This pc i bought came with no hard drive and no ram.Firstly i put in 2 sticks of sdram Pc133.it only accepted 1 strick.I even changed them around,the same result 1 stick,the same memory bank aswell,so its not the ram.Then i took out the cmos battery for 30 seconds,put it back,then put in the ram,the same i memory stick works,but this time its on the bank that never worked.So don't what this issue is there,its no the board or ram.Then the hard drive,it gets to the option with safe mode,windows start normal,but nothing happens.Is it because of the 128MB?

How come my pc says 192Mb of ram,when in the bios it says 3 banks of 128Mb which equlas 384MB? I installed 3 sticks of ram all 3 are sd ram i is samsung Pc133 the other 1 is Generic Pc133 and the other is Kingston Pc 133.The genric is is double sided,and all sticks are 128mb each,so the generis has 64mb on each side totallying 128mb.WHen i go into control panel,and click on system,it says 192mb of ram,and when i check the bios it says all 3 banks have 128mb installed.When i 1st switched on the pc,the graphics looked a bit dodgy,but when i reboote it checked the bios and loaded windows it was ok.Is all the memory there,even though it shows 192mb of ram? I don't get it,It seesm like 1 stck is being recognised and a 64mb of ram being recognise,which equals 192mb of ram,am i wrong and is it installed but not showing it,or is it soemthing else.What can i do?
