Kathmandu - eSewa has introduced ‘Jatra Care’, an affordable insurance plan offering coverage of up to Rs. 230,000 for accidental risks during the festive season.
Launched in partnership with Himalayan Everest Insurance, the seven-day insurance campaign will run from Ashoj 7 to Ashoj 13. The plan is available for just Rs. 10 through the eSewa app.
Under the plan, customers can receive up to Rs. 220,000 in accident insurance coverage and Rs. 10,000 for hospital expenses, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
The initiative aims to provide financial protection against unforeseen accidents that may occur during crowded gatherings and travel associated with Jatra celebrations.
eSewa has encouraged users to celebrate safely and responsibly while using the insurance plan for additional financial protection during the festive period.
