Prabhu Bank Limited subsidiary Prabhu Stock Market Limited has appointed Rabindra Dhakal, Chief Manager of Prabhu Bank, as the new Chairman of the company.
The decision was made during the 63rd meeting of the Board of Directors held on Baisakh 25, 2083. The company expressed confidence that under Dhakal’s leadership, Prabhu Stock Market Limited will further strengthen its position as a competitive stock brokerage institution in Nepal’s capital market.
Prabhu Bank currently provides banking services to more than 3.6 million customers across Nepal through its network of 300 branch offices, 261 ATMs, and 66 extension counters. Operating under the slogan “We Believe, We Deliver Trust,” the bank has been expanding its presence in Nepal’s banking and financial sector.
