Kathmandu – Nepal SBI Bank Ltd. has extended its support towards promoting a clean and green environment in Biratnagar by contributing to the Bargachhi-Rani Divider Beautification Committee. This initiative, under the bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, focuses on tree planting along the divider of the six-lane Bargachhi-Rani Road.
The formal handover of the financial contribution took place in the presence of Biratnagar Mayor Mr. Nagesh Koirala. The contribution was presented by Mr. Rabin Ghimire, Head of Koshi Province for Nepal SBI Bank. Several other officials from both the bank and the metropolitan office were also in attendance.
Nepal SBI Bank Ltd. has been actively involved in environmental initiatives and continues to make significant efforts to support sustainability. The bank currently operates through a network of 100 branches, 22 extension counters, 7 provincial offices, 19 branchless banking outlets, 121 ATMs, and a corporate office.
