Support Officer – Information & Communications Technology (ICT)
Position Summary: The Support Officer for ICT will play a crucial role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the Data Center, maintaining the 24-hour uptime of all Information & Communication Technology systems. Responsibilities include providing direct support to staff, ensuring network security, and continuous availability of the bank's network.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of Core Banking System operations and functionality
- Understanding of MIS and MIS tools
- Experience in hardware and software technologies, including System Administration, Active Directory, Linux Administration, Network System Administration, and Security
- Software/web development experience
- Database administration knowledge (preferably Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL)
- Ability to perform data center operations and regular backups
- Proactive in researching and recommending system implementations
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work in off-hours and night shifts
- Strong communication skills
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Banking & Financial Institutions
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Internal Auditor
Position Summary: The Internal Auditor will assure the bank's management and stakeholders of the adequacy of compliance and risk control mechanisms. Responsibilities include orchestrating and executing the annual audit plan, adopting best practices in risk-based audit methodologies, assessing risks and controls, and ensuring overall compliance with Nepal Rastra Bank directives.
Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Semi or Qualified CA/ACCA from a recognized institution
- At least 2 years of Audit Experience
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory issues
Other Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for regular liaison with senior management
