Today, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) witnessed significant activity, with the NEPSE Index closing at 1,942.63 points. The market displayed a mixed trend, with several companies experiencing gains while others faced losses. The total turnover for the day stood at an impressive Rs. 2,200,023,945.87, reflecting the active participation of investors.
During the trading session, a total of 6,067,432 shares were traded among investors, contributing to the overall market activity. Among the companies listed on NEPSE, 219 advanced, two declined, and one remained unchanged.

The two declining companies were identified as Aadarsha Laghubitta (ADLB) and Kisan Laghubitta (KLBSL), which faced a downturn in their stock prices. However, the unchanged companies, Nepal Lube Oil Ltd maintained their stock prices without any significant fluctuations.
Among the gainers, three laghubitta companies displayed impressive growth of 10%. Kalika Laghubitta (KMCBD), Khaptad Laghubitta (KLBS), and Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta (ANLB) experienced a surge in their stock prices, generating positive returns for their investors. Additionally, other Samudayik Laghubitta companies witnessed a gain of 9.99%, while River Fall Power Limited saw an increase of 8.37%.
On the other hand, Sunrise First Mutual Fund (SFMF), Global IME Bank Limited Debenture 2086/87 (gbild86/87), and Laxmi Unnati Kosh (LUK) were identified as the top three losers of the day. These companies experienced a decline in their stock prices, resulting in losses for their investors.
