1. Designation: Chief Marketing Officer
Eligibility:
- Department: Marketing/Sales
- No. of Candidates Required: One
- Preferred Educational Qualification: Master's in Management
- Prefereed Age of Candidates: from 35 to 45 years
- Previous work experience: At least 5 years experience as Regional Head in Life Insurance Company.
Objective of Position:
- To identify and develop strategic relationship with agency (Individual and Corporate)
- To mobilize marketing resources of the company at optimal level
- To coordinate with outsiders and internal stakeholders to generate maximum revenue to the company
- To lead in the development of new business opportunities that supports company's overall growth strategy
- s/he needs to have an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for sales
- To develop nad implement business invitiatives/ opportunities that stimulate the growth of the company
- To supervise, motivate and train to sales staff and agents
- To take initiative to fill in the vacat positions at branches
- To take lead to develop company's brand and communication
2. Sales Executives in following districts:
Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Dhading, Rasuwa, Ramechhap, Kaski, Gorkha, Syanja, Baglung, Parbat, Kailali, Diypayal.
- Candidates with minimum bachelor's degree in Management and Computer proficiency alog ith Nepali typing skill are preferred.
