The Chief Distal Officer (CDO) is a senior-level position responsible for planning and executing Laos' Bank's digital strategy.
The CDO will be expected to preside strategic leadership and direction on data and emerging trends sect, as Al and DLT. S/he will also be expected to drive the Bank's automation and digitization Journey, and mon.tor digital trends and technologies to design new products and solutions (or upgrade vesting services) to improve customer experience.
Required Experience:
Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant and progressive work experience In the Information Technology space. The license in the financial ServiCes Industry IS not rodNned, hConevel basic knowledge of banks and banking will be on added advantage.
Required Education:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in management,/ computer science or a related field.
Required Skills:
Excellent technical skills In web-based marketing. Good undemanding of trends in digital technologies soon as a cloud. mobile. social media. big data. the Internet of things. augmented and virtual reality, and Al.
Sound project management abilities in order to oversee project teams. Strong analytical skills in order to develop effective strategies, determine project risks, and plan product development.
