Special Qualifications/Requirement:
- Candidates applying for a particular function/ department must have relevant prior experience.
- Candidates applying for Legal Department must hold a license of an advocate.
- Candidates applying for the IT Department and Digital Banking Department must have an academic degree in the field of Information Technology.
- Candidates applying for the Department of Company Secretary must have the legal knowledge and should have knowledge of Board Affairs.
- Candidates applying for Internal Audit Department must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Management/ with at least 50% marks and must have completed the CAP II Level of CA course/should have completed the Applied Skills Level of ACCA Course with two years of relevant experience.
- Candidates applying for Digital Banking Department must have knowledge of different databases such as Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, Postgresql etc, good skill in scripting such as T-SQL, PL/SQL, excellent understanding of data warehouse, data mining and data visualization, machine learning techniques and algorithms, Mathematics and statistics, Good Knowledge in Python and R, big data stack is highly preferable.
- Branches inside Kathmandu Valley are focused entirely on deposit portfolio hence the candidates applying for Branch Manager of Kathmandu Valley must have strong customer relationship management skills with a knack of deposit marketing.
Minimum Qualification/Requirement:
Assistant Manager:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business/ Management/ Information Technology with at least seven years of relevant experience or Chartered Accountancy Certificate/ Master's Degree in the field of Business/ Management/ Information Technology with at least five years of relevant experience with age not exceeding 50 years as on application deadline.
Senior Officer Level:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business/ Management/ Information Technology/ Legal with at least four years of relevant experience or Chartered Accountancy Certificate/ Master's Degree in the field of Business/ Management/ Information Technology/ Legal with at least three years of relevant experience with age not exceeding 40 years as on application deadline.
Officer Level:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business/ Management/ Information Technology with at least three years of relevant experience or Chartered Accountancy Certificate/ Master's Degree in the field of Business/ Management/ Information Technology with at least two years of relevant experience with age not exceeding 32 years as on application deadline.
Junior Officer Level:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks or CGPA 2.5 in the field of Business/ Management/ Information Technology with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Candidate's age should not exceed 32 years as on application deadline.
Senior Assistant Level:
Bachelor's Degree with 50% marks or CGPA 2.5 in the field of Business/Management/ Legal with at least 1.5 years of relevant experience. Candidate's age should not exceed 32 years as on application deadline.
Candidate applying for above mention job positions should be presently working at the same level or at least one level below the applied position for at least one year in the 'A/B' class financial institution of Nepal.
Preference shall be given to local candidates or candidates willing to work in the locations/areas specified in the vacancy.
