Kathmandu - Laxmi Sunrise Bank has approved the distribution of a 10% bonus share to its shareholders at its 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held in Kathmandu on Sunday, 29 December 2025.
Following the approval, the bank’s paid-up capital is set to increase to NPR 26.85 billion.
The AGM also endorsed the directors’ report and the audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2024/25 (2081/82 BS), and appointed statutory auditors for the fiscal year 2025/26 (2082/83 BS).
According to the bank, Laxmi Sunrise closed the fiscal year 2024/25 with a balance sheet size of NPR 443 billion and recorded a net profit of NPR 4.06 billion. The bank said its key financial indicators remain within the limits prescribed by regulatory and prudential norms.
