Kathmandu - NIMB Ace Capital Limited, with Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited as its anchor investor, has appointed Ritu Pradhan Malla as Co-Head of NIBL Equity Partners. The move aims to strengthen the firm’s leadership in private equity, sustainable finance and investment management in Nepal.
In her new role, Ritu will lead strategic initiatives across private equity investments, ESG-integrated frameworks, portfolio management and the development of innovative financial solutions for Nepal’s growing economy.

With over 14 years of experience in climate finance, private equity and enterprise development, Ritu previously led growth-stage investment strategies at Business Oxygen (BO2). She is an Independent Director at GhamPower and Advisory Board member at Impact Hub Kathmandu. Her prior roles include Head of Advisory Nepal at Cross Boundary Advisory and Director of Investment & Business Development for the USAID Trade and Competitiveness Activity, implemented by Deloitte. Ritu is a strong advocate of ESG integration aligned with international standards, including the IFC guidelines.
