Kathmandu – The Stock Brokers Association of Nepal (SBAN) has officially inducted its newly elected leadership following the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM). Sagar Dhakal, previously the president of the Securities Brokers Association of Nepal, was appointed President of the unified organization. Other key officials include Nitish Agrawal as Vice President, Bhaktiram Ghimire as General Secretary, Madan Paudel as Treasurer, and Binay Paudel as Secretary.
This leadership change follows the historic merger of the Stock Brokers Association and the Securities Brokers Association on November 14, uniting both old and new market intermediaries. The newly elected committee aims to strengthen coordination among brokers, advocate for industry reforms, and support the growth and stability of Nepal’s capital market.
