The Rural Poor Stimulus Fund (RPSF): "Supporting COVID-19 Recovery through Accelerated Private Investment in Agriculture (APIA)" project is executed by Agricultural Development Bank Ltd (ADBL) under the grant support of International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). The Project is being implemented in Province 2, 3 and 5 with the aim to contribute to the national priorities on agriculture in the context of COVID-19- both in terms of expanding production for food security and in driving rural economic recovery by accelerating access to finance through Kishan Card and Kishan Mobile App,that has been identified as high priority services to small farmers by GON in its current annual budget and Programme, and to increase agricultural advisory and technical services through expansion of digital agriculture services.
RPSF-APIA invites application from qualified Nepalese professionals for the following positions.
Position:- Digital Financial Expert
No:- 1 (One)
Duty Station:- PMU with frequent field visit to Project Areas.
Required Qualification &Work Experience:- Master's degree Computer studies, Information Management,
Agricultural sciences, Business studies, Economics or equivalent with atleast 2 years experience in
digital financial services or areas Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' experience
2. Position:- Agriculture value chain Financing Expert
No:- 1 (One)
Duty Station:- PMU with frequent field visit to Project Areas.
Required Qualification &Work Experience:- Master's degree in Agriculture, Business studies, Finance,
Economics or equivalent with atleast 5 years experience in agriculture value chain developmentor
Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years' experience.
